If you vanquish with an empty skill bar you are doing something wrong.

Hmmm, thats pretty impressive. I happen to vanquish as well, but the least i bring is 1 skill, yes the all so powerful [flare]. What did you think I meant, [Ursan Blessing][empty][empty][empty][empty][empty][empty][empty] Hah, dont make me laugh, everyone knows [flare] is all you need for HM.

You can't top Moebius blossom for the massive dps. However when I get tired of hitting the same 2-3 skills over and over, I like to use [Critical Agility][Critical Defense][Critical Eye][Way of Perfection][Locust's Fury], and whatever 2 or 3 skill attack combo you prefer.
This mows thru most of your squishier targets. Before they have a chance to do anything they are fleeing and trying to heal. And for the heavy armor types, they will stay on you for a while desperately trying to get off that 25% chance of hitting while your backline demolishes them.

It doesn't work on attack skills. Leads and Offhands never double strike, Duals always double strike. Auto attacks hit for what, 17 AL based? GG.

True, unless I am using the build I mentioned then LF stays on the shelf. Though you can add a conjure anything from the ele line and your reg attacks now hit 30-40, which makes for 60-90 dps w/ IAS, 75% blocking, and rapid auto heal indefinately.

This isn't a spike build, it's a fun build for taking on heavy melee areas where warr's/derv's/sin's run rampant and holding aggro for your backline and not getting beat down is more important.

I don't think ursan is THAT great on sin, as we have Critical Agility for (more) armor and IAS.

CA
- Can be removed.
- Got no health bonus.

Ursan
- Less armor bonus.
- Needs high Norn rank to be able to deal high ammount of damage.

Ursan Strike, Low recharge. Not that nice damage ot low Norn rank, but does armor ignoring damage.
Ursan Rage, Nice AoE damage with a knockdown. As far as i know it's not armor ignoring (physical)
Ursan Roar, Weakness and increased damage for your team.

For areas with heavy enchantment removal i would say Ursan is better, but for areas with little or no enchant removal i would say that a DB+MS spammer with CA would do better.

the [locust's fury] discussion has been had, and it resulted in alot of flaming and MS/DB being better, don't start it again.

you said that the damage was greater, but you still tried to push locust's as a decent alternative, which is clearly isnt. the skill is crap and there are a few threads dedicated to proving it. either shut up or go to one of those threads and stop derailing this one.

The thread was about PvE builds, not your favorite skill. No LF is not the one skill that dominates the world. I merely was posting something as a BUILD that does make the skill viable. [Wastrel's Collapse] however is an example of a crap skill that has no place anywhere ever.

I ran the DB/MS build today on my sin, and I was bored very fast. I usually never got to use MS, as my opponent was already dead, rarely I was able to use DB. Making a chain in PvE thus seems pretty useless to me. Any comments?
